You can, but it will be a pain.
Drill and tap each and every intake runner. Connect all of these to a common plenum with 1/4" (or so) stainless hardline, connect that to PCV valve. Some people will mistake the hardlines to each runner for nitrous.
I would just run a breather on both sides.
