Thumbs up

Just got back from a nice drive today Feb, 22, 2004. Went out at about 1 PM (43 Degrees F) and other than swerving around some snow melt slicks and puddles (which were few), the roads were nice and "Half Full" ran well and happy. The suspension seemed a bit more firm but that I attribute to the cold weather and the hardened bushings and tires.

Once the big block warmed up the heat that flows into the cockpit was welcomed. Coming to a full stop at a stop sign or traffice light allowed you to feel the toasty heat just fill the air.

Drivin' these cars is just wonderful. Last time out was Christmas Day so I am long overdue. Ah, bliss.

We Cobra Philes in the North are often denied from using our cars due to the weather and cold, but on the other hand, when we do get out, it is a cherished moment. That said, we all want more of them cherished moments that you Southern guys get year round.

Cheers.
