The 302 Windsor and 302 Cleveland are completely different motors to look at. The quick way to tell at a glance is that the Cleveland has the thermostat housing in the block where the windsor has it attached to the intake manifold as Stengun mentioned.
The Cleveland is also a phyisically bigger engine. the heads are very different in design with a canted valve arrangement much like a BB Chev.
If it is a 302 Cleveland there isn't a lot of performance stuff in the US but there is a ton Aussie developed performance goodies available down here.
BTW 302 and 351 Aussie Cleveland blocks are essentially the same. They share the same bore but the 351 has a longer stroke and shorter rods.
There were plenty of 302 Windsors sold down under as well. They have been in production cars in one form or another up until last year.
