I think the Wix is a little bigger than the Mobil One. I have no problem getting a Mobil 1 off and on my SPF. A lof of racers scream at not using a Wix, but it's not like I am making my own filter out of a dryer lint filter and some cotton balls - it is at least a Mobil 1!
