I have been running evans for about five years now with no problems. I have a 484 big block and sometimes in traffic it used to get real hot. With the evans it runs cooler and no worry about boiling over. The boiling point for evans is about 360 degrees at zero pounds pressure. This will also let you run a lower pressure cap I use a 4lb cap. In the five years I have had it I have had the motor in and out a couple of times and have drained and reused it only topping off for spillage. At $125 a wack you try to conserve it.
One word of caution if do you use it, the color changes from light purple to a dark oily color with the consistisy of
oil. I had one friend run it and thought he blew something and changed the coolant.
