Are you asking if there will be any problems for buyer getting your out of state car titled in Pa. None as long as buyer jumps thru hoops and has paper filled out exactly the way Penn Dot wants it. Even then, there are times it is a hassle if the person filling out the forms hasn't done many of them. Local notory who has car lot has done the paper work for my street rods and last year for my cobra. It took 5 weeks and I was thankful. He has done paper for some streetrods and they took between 5 and 10 weeks and even has some sent back for not following directions. Only problem was the people at Penn Dot couldn't follow their own directions as the paper work was correct. Got the local state representative involved and it went a lot quicker. If the buyer has any contacts with his local state representative, have him take the paperwork to him and they will hand deliver it to Penn Dot. Works a lot better that way.
