I imagine at some point SAI was turning out top knotch equipment. From start to finish, and without any lapses of attention (or enthusiasm).

I know what your talking about with the drywall screws, and it is supremely dissapointing to discover the myriad of little (shall we say Discrepancies?). Based on every Cobra I have seen (kit or otherwise); Attention to detail is not on the list of options from the factory. Its more of an "owner installed OPTION". Anybody who would argue this point is perhaps naive' perhaps deluded, or perhaps just looking for a good argument.

Dont get me wrong: I've loved these little cars since they were created, but I'm not going to let my enthusiasm for them, override my sense of reality.
