the entire SPF organization is great to work with, and their areas of responsibility are geographically assigned . Your location falls in the area the Rosen's are responsible for , as is my area. They are OUTSTANDING folks to deal with, before,during and after the sale. and it makes no difference whether you bought your car new from them or used in their dealings with customers. all customers are equals with them,and the other spf dealers as well. as has been posted already, the $ deposits required are normal within the industry.
