Even if the calipers have 4 pistons, that does not guarantee that they're big enough. I believe that the 10.75" rotors normally come with Dynalites and that series is marginal for the front. Small pad area, narrow rotors...

Your pedal may be slightly firmer with the fixed calipers, but the overall high-speed braking will probably be slightly better with the Granada setup. If you're going to spend money, get 12" rotors and Superlite-series calipers.
