Since no one has replied to you yet, I thought I would. BEWARE of some scams on EBAY! There are people that are putting great looking cars on EBAY and are nothing but scam artists. Be patient and wait for some advice from the guys on this site. From the little that I know a good car is going to cost you a minimum of 35-45000 and the better known and better built cars up from there. Check out the Cobras for sale here and also Cobra Country. IF you are mechanically inclined you can buy "rollers" and finish it off your self. I'm sorry I can't help you more I wanted to make sure you didn't jump into the fire by sending money on EBAY without knowing whats happening there!
One thing you can figure if it seems too good to be true, it probably is!
