Bob,
Glad to hear that you are doing well.
Sizzler, check your regional FBI office and they'll provide you your districts agent. I originally contacted the ebay fraud section last year and reported a scammer. When they investigated the seller who became abusive about my inquiries, they turned the case over to their special internet fraud agent who monitors ebay. I contacted two regional offices, one in Muncie Indiana and the office in Cincinnati, Ohio since I live equidistant from both offices. If you need their numbers, drop me an email and I'll be happy to get them for you.
Here are a few of the numbers that I know:
Chicago : 312-353-6946
Cincinnati: 513-684-3334
Atlanta: 404-986-6040
Dallas: 214-767-2277
New York: 212-264-3993
Philadelphia: 215-597-2220
San Francisco: 415-974-9623
Ask the operator to transfer you to the internet fraud agent or to whatever office she thinks can help.
