The new owner of CSX 4148 wasn't amused that his car was listed on ebay. It's amazing that this clown has the nards to dispute the people that know and own the car. My brother told me he encountered a similar situation with a seller claiming to be in the armed forces leaving for Germany and that his Camaro was stored in an "ebay garage in California". Shortly afterwards, he received a really funky comprised note with multiple spelling errors with an ebay header confirming the location of the car and that it was "safe to transfer the funds via Western Union" to the seller. He promptly turned it over to the same FBI internet fraud office but hasn't received a reply.
