I built my own to about the same specs. I can tell you that If I were to start over I would buy that motor instead of building my own. I just WANTED to build it. Money is about the same. Great motor, very streetable.

In addition to the carb, you'll need a clutch and flywheel.

9.7:1 comp is pump premium.

Shop around, there's lots of FRPP dealers, some even offer a discount. Forte's Parts is an advertiser here on the forum and I'm pretty sure he discounts.
