Get the tool that Cobra Dan suggested ..... it has a 1" hole in the end of it..... then go get a 5-6' foot long 1" X .250"wall thick tube of chromally tubing......

Have someone stand on the brake pedal and then lean on the 1" tubing....... It will come off.... just takes alot of power.... and this tool is the best way of removing the spinners....

Let us know when you get it broke loose....

BTW then get a small version of the 5'-6' foot bar (about 2'-3') to install the spinners....
