About the only advantage I could see would be if you want to run a solid lifter cam the 332 P.I. engines were made for that. Most of the 352s were for hydraulic lifters unless you got one of the High Performance ones. You can still use a solid cam in them, just have to do a little work on the upper end oiling system as the solid lifters don't take nearly as much oil as the hydraulics do and you want more oil in the bottom end. It is going to be much easier to find 352s than 332s though.
