The Hampton Inn called and told me the event was moved to May 29, and they could not accommodate us on that weekend. I understand from your April 12 post that the event is still on for the 22nd but the hotel is not certain. Before I cancel my May 22 reservations at the Hampton Inn, I need to know how firm the plan is and what it is. Thanks.
