To save you some trouble, try to answer the question "How am I going to include the entire contents of their e-mail in a telephone call?"
It makes no sense - same as the response I got from Amazon (India) when I asked them to simply list the contents of a box of equipment I was interested in buying.
In both cases the "answer" to my question was not included at all in their response, and the rest of the inane response was "one from column A" and "one from column B" etc...
In other words, the response did not answer or attempt to answer the question I asked, and showed absolutely no understanding of the question on the respondent's part.
In Amazon's case they admitted exporting their e-mail support. I haven't asked Snap On yet but I'll lay odds...
