I have already returned items I bought upon finding out that the Tech Support is elsewhere.
I bought an American product deliberately, and would rather talk to someone who speaks fluent enough English so that they can help me.
I don't need to speak to someone who speaks poor English. I can do that all by myself. It is BS.
I bought American, Paid in American Money, and by God I want to talk to an American for Tech support, return and exchanges.
That's that.
