98, you might ask FFR about this question. With the new MKIII coming out there are many changes done. I think they elongated the footbox somewhat, and there are kits out there that extend it as needed.

Sign up and ask your question there. You might have to change your seat and pedal placement as mentioned above. I have large feet for a small guy and I bought a pair of simpson racing shoes which helped the width problem somewhat. There are also revisions to the pedal assembly that might be what the foot doctor ordered so to speak. Height of the pedals is not a real problem but they are real close together regardless.
