I'd advise 50/50 AF/water. If you must go water only, use some sort of water pump lubricant/ rust inhibitor. Tracks don't allow AF because it lubricates the track when it drips or dumps. 50/50 also raises the boiling point of the coolant.

There is no magic fluid which will keep you from overheating, conservation of energy laws do not allow it.
