Big block vs small block--probably one of the most talked about topics on Club Cobra.

It's just a matter of personal preference. For me, I wanted a big block--for the torque, power and looks in the engine bay.

I don't think it's at all a matter of which one "breaks down" more. Most of the cars are just hobby cars, and driven fairly infrequently. I've never had a problem with this motor, and I would not think twice about driving the car anywhere.

As far as insurance, it's inexpensive, as I have several "antique" cars insured, and my agent knows I cannot be in them at once, and like I said, I don't rack up the miles---mostly just club meets, car shows and the occasional drive out through the countryside.
