Hi Mike,

The screen is made from 3/16ths Lexan - get the hardened variety, 9" X 48". The attachment "bracket" is made from .040 aliminum that I stretched to shape following the "footprint" of the original windscreen so that if I go back to the big heavy glass screen the mounting holes will be hidden.
