Thumbs up If they do not interfere with your valvetrain

I would definitely leave them intact. My 514 Ford Racing valve covers came with no baffling or PCV, etc.. I had major oil ejection problems until I got the baffled rubber grommets and my PCV system set up. I also had to dump the stock dipstick parts for an aftermarket type with ss braided tube and an o-ring dipstick seal, as oil was spraying out onto my headers with the stock unit! Now no oil weepage/ejection problem at all.
