I would do your homework before purchasing a West Coast Cobra. Do a search for post by Back in Black.
If you want to build a Cobra, or have a Cobra built there are many great cars and great builders available without the question marks surrounding West Coast.
If you have $40K, you can buy a great used Cobra right now.
