You can get a temporary 3 day permit. This allows you to travel from point a to point b.

Cost of the permit was one dollar. You can either go to the MVD and get it or go on line.

The backdraft or FFR? Both are good. The BDR will probably be higher in cost. You might want to visit Anthem Motors in Phoenix and check them out in person.
