Default dimensions

haakerp,

For instance the body cuts for a AC windscreen are usually are 1296mm apart to the inside faces of the side attachment bars, and are 62mm x 12mm openings. Measured across the surface of the aluminum cowl the are 1320mm apart to the inside faces.

This is for an AC, but you should use a windscreen and measure it to get YOUR REQUIRED DIMENSION, in that way since the Originals vary a few mm's from the current market. A NOTE; between the three suppliers world wide they vary between each other a few mm's.

Then the angle, that would be a function of the compounding cowl radii and the location of the side bar supports on the cowl support, who knows, your fabricator would.

Dangerous game without the parts in hand.
