Ken, thanx for your note. I'm anxious to actually get the car on the road, even with my current 16# cap. Now that it doesn't pour coolant from the overflow hose, I'll have a chance to see if I currently do have a problem. As you know the rain (and work!) have kept me off the road, and you too, I'm sure. Anyhow, as I've been working on this, I've only added distilled water, so I'm moving away from the 50/50 mix. I'll post the list when I know more. The pipes are brand new, as is the entire system, so they should be OK. thanx for your help. Maybe we can get together to compare notes. thanx steve
