I had the Baer set up on my Lone Star. I had 16" wheels and ran 12" rotors on the fronts. With 17" wheels you can run 13" rotors. Follow Don Barnes advice and call the Racing Superstore in Arlington. That's where my set up came from and Mike Davis is a Lone Star owner as well.
