Is Mr. Grant still with us? Any idea where he is today?

Yes, the windshield is original. I spent the better part of 2 weeks worth of evenings cleaning it. It was still wrapped in packing tape, masking tape, duct tape, jute rope, etc...after having the butyl rubber put around the perimeter. Stored like this for eons...what a friggin mess!. I thought I'd never get it clean.

I'll get the pictures you're after. The drivers lower front corner of the glass is internally delaminating. I inquired with West Coast about a new windshield and the cost was not significant. Under $300, if I remember correctly...including the frame. My current plan is to try to inject some of that "windshield repair" stuff they use to fill rock-chip fractures. My hope is that this will fill the delaminating void and stop it from increasing.
