That must be the left over sealant they bought from Calif. when the state decided it could save money by not maintaining the roads any more. Sure sounds like the same stuff. And a few days after they put it down the cracks were back as the sealant was on all of the cars and trucks that drove over it. That stuff never would dry or set and you couldn't even walk on it without it sticking to your shoes. Only solution we ever found was to avoid those roads until the other cars had it all off.
