Default 393w help

I’ve been milling over options for my new motor for a while now and I could really use some advice before I go nuts guessing what I should do. I've got a ‘71 351w block at .040 over, at the moment that is all. I am doing everything through flatlander racing since for me they are local. The block is already at one of the machine shops they work with. The setup I have so far worked out is a scat cast crank, H-beam rods and forged dished pistons to make about 10.6:1 compression with victor junior heads. I am unsure about the valvetrain and am planning on using a torquer II intake with a 650 dbl. pumper I already have. I could also use advice in the clutch/flywheel area, I had planned on using the stock cast iron flywheel but the guy at the shop strongly recommended something tougher. The car will be used mostly on the street however it is by no means a daily driver and can afford to be a bit temperamental. Any help is much appreciated, thanks.
