I was thinking of purchasing a '65 GT350 R style front apron for my mustang.

Do any of you know how the license plate laws work for that type of apron in Los Angeles or the valley? Will I get ticketed and forced to mount a plate?
I have heard if it came with a plate in the front you must have one...but what about the modification situation?

Any input/suggestions would be appreciated.
