Can you tell me what kind of lifters you're using, and what the hot lash was set to?
Paying attention to aluminum block build stories, I've seen where the hot lash setting can basically vanish once the block heats up and expands, bending pushrods in the process.
Are you using hydraulic lifters?
Anyone else experienced this expansion problem, maybe while using solid lifters? What sort of work-around solution might there be for this issue?
