Brad,

Don't dremel out the flywheel hole. The flywheel is made to go on in only one position. If all the holes don't line up, I think all you have to do is unbolt it and rotate it. If you rotate it on the the crank one bolt hole at a time, you should find one position where all the bolt holes will line up.
