If you are talking about using athe intake that B&A Ford made years ago, using the 2 barrel cleveland head on a windsor block. They run ok.But the compression is to low to really build any hp numbers.I am rite now in the process of building a 302using the b&a spider intake [track boss]I have run the car with the us 2 barrel heads and it ran great lots of power but not enough for me[when is it?]So am in the process of using the aussie heads.Which give you the closed camber of the 4 barrel head but the ports of the 2.compresion will be rite at 11to1 with them. But the only real problem is if you want to stroke that head and block combitaion,it is a figure it out.Which is what I am doing too.making a 331 3.25 stroke 5.4 rod and a 351 N head piston with a comp height of 1.23.Will mill the top down so it sticks above the deck .020 to get that kind of comp.
Now do you see where I am going,IF you want to stay close to stock its easy but if you want more you have to have a very sharp pencil.I found 1 windsor headed clevor for sale on the net if you are interest email me ruslow@yahoo.com but I don't know the condition.Stan

PS B&A Ford is still in business and making the intakes.
