Also, there is a small 1/5th type scale train for kids in the Folsom park/zoo area, about 1/2 mile from the prison, and you can hear its horn whistle sometimes during events when they bring it out. I bet the prisoners can hear it too... I can hear it from my house too sometimes if its quiet or the wind is blowing in the right direction. Whoooooo. ...... Whoooooo. ......
