Because that would be a deal - mabe. These intakes, like side-oiler blocks are prone to abuse and porting work that would make them less valuble - @ $500-600 on the low end. I just haven't seen a like new or upgraded Sidewinder going for less than $600 but then again I don't see many because there's not many left.
