If you're rebuilding a 428SCJ, get a 428CJ intake, an iron medium riser. Otherwise, a Blue Thunder 1x4V, next choice Edelbrock RPM, third choice: Sidewinder.
It all depends on how original you want things to be or look. The CJ intake in iron will be the most original, and best performing, the Edelbrock and Blue Thunder intakes are basically medium risers in aluminum, and the Sidewinder is just a great all around intake, though it'll lose points for the offset positioning of the carb.
You need to let us know you intended use/application for this engine. Maybe you want an intake for a 480+" stroker, in which case the Edelbrock Victor might be able to supply your air/fuel mixture needs. Need a lot more info I think.
