What about a Skyline rear as per a Harrison?
Talking to Warrick Harrison when I was up north, they're about $400 and there is a strong supply.

Or there is the Ford AU IRS.

How you'd fit these I wouldn't know

All I do know from experience is that a live end can give a harsh ride.
