In this case, your truly missing the point, as I am acting as a "buyers broker", I do not expect, nor will I accept a fee from you in regards to this particular buyer or transaction. You must know the difference under those terms. As for my sending you my clients information and contact information, think about how ridiculous that truly sounds, especially coming from the keyboard of an attorney.
