WRONG!!! In california a car BUILT in 2004, 2003, 2002, IS NOT a pre 72, 65, or what ever, it is a......200X!!!! It is smoged as an....sb100 (smog exempt) or what ever the engine year is (if the sb100 #s are gone) but REGed as a 200X.
