Well, I finally got around to tearing down the T-5 last night and she is completely trashed. If you can't make out the pic, that is what is left of third gear...toothless! Input shaft bearings are shot which probably let to the gear failure, oh, not to mention that the fool that built it used gear

! I guess I should upgrade anyway, but am going to check into the cost of rebuilding this one.
