kualii - Mine might be for sale soon and I only live a few hours from you. It depends on how our new business does. Hopefully I won't have to sell. It's a 2002 Factory Five, with only 2200 miles on it - Damn the weather!!! If I do sell it, it will be for quite a bit more than you mentioned, but it's something to think about.
