Question rear coil overs - spring rate

OK, I have a problem.

Two broken drive shaft uni's, and a broken gear box - bad news

Time to rip it all apart and line up the moving parts. I have a salisbury live axle, currently using 900 lb/in coil springs and Koni adjustables. New coil overs will be verticle.
The coil over springs tend to be in the 250, 350, 450 range ?????

The car weighs about 1050 kg, weight is roughly 50/50, diff is unsprung so sprung weight is about 230 - 240 kg per corner. I want the car to be stiff, for sprint days.

Anybody know how to calculate the correct spring weight for coil overs

Snaken

Well will be when I fix the shocks and get a new drive shaft and gearbox.
