Question Tortilla Flats

Hey Guys - What's the deal with the ride to Tortilla Flats? Is there a restaurant at the end of the road? I haven't been there in ten years or more.

I have a busy day scheduled (Have to have my juvenile delinquent to 'Saturday School' at 8:00, then we have tickets for the jazz festival at noon.)

I'm really looking forward to the drive out there - I used to ride my crotch rocket out there years ago. It was a biiitch trying to pass those covered wagons...
