Cameron,

Do you mean ADR compliance ? if so done by engineer who certifies that items such as brakes lights steering etc comply. If they are off another known to comply vehicle then no worries.

The engineer also does drive by and stationary noise test.

If you mean emission ADR compliance that is totally different. I think RTA in NSW did it once but now done by people like Mitsubishi at an horrendous fee.

You shouldnt need this if motor is std with std air intake and computer and engineer can sign off as such.
