I too spoke with Tim McLoughlin from Genesis today.

He claims that there are plenty of 427 iron blocks available. The aluminum blocks will be available in January '05.

Also, they will begin selling crate motors shortly.

Can anyone give a good reason why I should not consider buying the iron 427 block at $3,410?
