I'll try and find the article and post it here because I've probably got half the details wrong anyway!
I tell you what though, if I were driving someone else's cobra, I think I'd end up cruising around in first and second, not going any faster than those two gears would let me - and even then I'd probably have my left foot resting on the brake! Although I guess out on the track, there isn't much you can hit, other than the odd wall here and there.
