I just went through the import thing with Transport Canada and found it it to be to risky to import a roller because it has to be dismantled so far and is still classified as a dissassembled auto which still can't be imported, and if you do and are caught it is smuggling, or so I was told. A completed car can be imported as long as it Documented to be 15 years or older, with no trouble.
I ended up buying kit in Canada, way easier and fairly priced.
