Auctions of All Items have had False Pricing Games throughout time. What actually seperates The 1960's SHELBY Automobiles from the Other Muscle Cars is that They actually were Created By a Racing Legend who has done nothing but Grow in Fame within the Automotive World. They were Raced in Numerous Competitions. I never saw a Big Block Chevelle at Daytona doing the Oval thing But They Damn sure Pull Mad Money. Carroll Shelby is a Living Breathing ICON that Love him or Hate him Puts Magic in the air wherever he goes. I do not know who designed the Hemi Cuda Because their name is not associated with the vehicle. As for the Ferrari issue, They were never found on the streets of America for $1500.00 Dollars in the mid 70's because of their lack of Desirability due to The Gas Crisis. They were expensive from day one and went through the Roof. and one other Note, FERRARI is the name of a guy who Raced his products and was Alive....I see a pattern developing. Anyway speaking as a guy marketing his own 68 SHELBY, I have watched my Car appreciate immensely in the three years I have owned it. And Take note My Car is NOT on EBAY! But a Friend of Mine in the Last 3 Months, Put a 68 GT500KR that was a Real Red Car But Painted Black, Automatic, and was at $46K when a Buyer contacted him and convinced him to stop the auction for $60K. And That my Friend is a FACT! So I still believe these Cars are Hot and Getting Hotter.
